办好政府网站既是各级政府及部门适应信息化时代发展的必然要求,更是加强政府与群众沟通、推进政府工作的重要抓手。如何通过办好政府网站,实现信息快速传递、政务高效运转、权力透明运行、政民互动交流,已成为当前政府工作的一个全新课题。我们结合盐城市政府网站建设的现状,联系当前制约政府网站建设的共性问题,对进一步推进政府网站建设作了深入思考。办好政府网站是一项系统工程,应在占有一席之地、找准一个定位、完善一套制度、落实一笔资金、建好一支队伍、创新一套思路上下功夫、做文章。

Development of good government websites by governments and bodies at all levels timely meets the needs of the information age.It is also one of the most important means to promote government work as well as communications between goverment and the people.It has become a new issue for the government to develop good government website to achieve a rapid flow of information,highly efficient government operation,transparent exercise of government power,and interactive communications between governement and the people.Based on the website development of the People＇s Government of Yancheng Municipality,we think about the common difficulties in government website construction and present some ideas on further development of government websites.Development of good government websites,in our view,is a systematic project focused on ＂six ones＂： holding one special place,setting one goal,establishing one mechanism,allocating one special fund,building one team,and creating one set of innovative ideas.
