摘要
工程爆破中,影响爆破振动的主次因素是制定合理控制爆破措施的基础。以现场爆破振动测试为基础,结合矿区工程地质调查结论,引入测振点CSMR值为地质条件表征值,采用灰关联分析方法确定各种爆破振动影响因素的主次关系。由灰关联度分析可知,总药量、最大单段药量和测振点的CSMR值为磁海铁矿露采边坡爆破振动的主要影响因素,可为控制爆破措施制定提供依据。
In engineering blasting,the primary and secondary factors affecting blasting vibration is the foundation of making reasonable blasting control measures.This paper is based on the blasting vibration test of scene,combined with the mine engineer geology survey,the CSMR of vibration-point is introduced to be the Geological conditions characterization.Using the gray relational analysis method to determine the primary and secondary blasting vibration relationship of the various affecting factors.The gray correlation analysis shows that the gross of explosive,the max charge per delay and the CSMR of vibration-point are the main influence factors on open slope blasting vibration of Cihai mine,providing the basis for making measures to control blasting vibration.
