复杂环境下钢筋混凝土电梯间控制爆破拆除 被引量:1

摘要 根据待拆除钢筋混凝土电梯间的结构特性和周围环境,设计采用电梯间与楼房预处理分离、对墙体分块切割、毫秒多段延期起爆、电梯间两面墙体整体下向塌落的爆破总体技术方案。精心进行爆破参数和爆破网路设计、安全防护设计等,密集炮眼、单孔微量装药、严密多层设防,并严格管理、精确施工。拆除爆破达到了预期的理想效果,混凝土碎块倒塌范围较小,基本在电梯间附近,无碎块飞出。对周围建筑和设施未造成任何影响。 According to the structural characteristics and surrounding environment of the demolished reinforced concrete elevator hoistway,the whole technique scheme of the elevator hoistway and building were pretreated to cut and separate,with multiple millisecond delay firing,and two walls of elevator hoistway collapsing with slightly topple was adopted.Elaborate design of blast parameters and network,safety protection design,with dense blasthole,small charge amount of each hole and rigorous multi-layer prevention,and strictly management,precise construction were used to take the expected ideal effect of concrete pieces collapsed in small range near the elevators,no fragments flying out.And not influencing the surrounding buildings and facilities.
