椎板间开窗潜行部分切除上关节突治疗腰神经根管狭窄症

Treatment of Lumbar Nerve Root Canal Stenosis by Fenestration and Facetectomy

目的 :评价椎板间开窗潜行部分切除上关节突治疗腰神经根管狭窄症的疗效。方法 :回顾分析 1992年 2月～ 1997年 6月采用椎板间开窗潜行部分切除上关节突治疗腰神经根管狭窄症 3 1例。结果 :经术后平均 2 .5年随访 ,手术优良率 93 .6%。结论 :该手术对神经根管减压彻底 ,骨性结构破坏少 ,利于病人的术后康复及脊柱的稳定 ,是治疗腰神经根管狭窄症的一种行之有效的方法。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical results of treating lumbar nerve root canal stenosis by fenestration and facetectomy. Methods: To review 31 cases with lumbar nerve root canal stenosis from 1992.2 to 1997.6. Results: The average follow up period were 30 months. The excellent and good rate was 93.6%. Conclusion: The operation can decompress thoroughly, less destroy the bone structure, benefit the patients post operative restoration and maintain the stability of the spinal column, it is a feasible and effective method to patients with lumbar nerve root canal stenosis.
