摘要
城乡区域发展不平衡是当前教育中较为突出的问题之一,而师资力量不均衡又是教育城乡区域发展不均衡的最重要方面。通过对湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州农村教师工作和生活现状的调查,发现民族贫困地区农村教师普遍存在收入与生活水平偏低、工作条件较差、学历学识普遍偏低而且提升困难等,由此提出了切实解决农村教育经费短缺问题、提升教师的专业水平、增强教师的自我调适能力等切实促进城乡教育均衡发展的对策。
The uneven development of urban and rural areas is more prominent in the current issues of education,but the uneven of teachers is one in the most important aspects of regional unblanced development.Based on the investigation of teachers'working and living status in rural areas in Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture of Hunan province,this paper points out that the teachers in poor rural areas are all almost in poor living standards,low income,poor working conditions,low education and knowledge situation and difficult for upgrading.Furthermore,it presents the effective strategies to balance the gap of the urban and rural education,to solve the problems such as the shortage of educational funds in rural areas,the professionalism of teachers,increasing teachers,self-adjustment abilities and so on.
