摘要 目的 :通过本文的综述 ,使读者了解碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的生物学特性及对骨组织的生物学效应。方法 :采用光盘检索及查询有关中外文献。结果 :碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是一种生物因子 ,其可以诱导骨组织及血管组织细胞的分裂。结论 :碱性成纤维细胞生长因子有诱导成骨作用及诱导血管的形成。 Aim:To understand the biological characterization of the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)and the biological effects to bone tissue.Methods:Using medical document disc rerieval and referring the documents of Chinese and foreign.Results:bFGF is a biological factor,which can induce cellular proliferation of bone tissue and vascular tissue.Conclusion:bFGF has the functions of inducing the bone formation and the vascularization.
