摘要
4Cr13模具钢模块在油淬时有容易变形、开裂和组织硬度分布不均匀且厚模块不易淬透等缺陷。利用自制的喷淬系统实施喷水淬火代替油淬,采用ANSYS数值模拟喷淬过程,并根据模拟结果制定喷淬工艺。试验结果表明:可以采用喷水淬火方式对4Cr13模具钢模块进行热处理;喷淬回火后对模块解剖分析发现610mm×300mm规格的4Cr13大模块完全淬透,且表面和心部硬度差仅为2HRC。
It is easy to appear some defects, such as deformation, crack, uneven organization and hardness distribution and hard to quench for thickness block, in oil quenching process of 4Cr13 mould steel block. The spray quenching was used with the homemade spray quenching system in place of oil quenching, and the spray quenching process was numerically simulated by ANS'YS, then the spray quenching technology was made according to the simulation resulits. The test results show that the way of spray quenching can be used to 4Cr13 mould steel block for heat treatment, Dissection and analysis after quenching and tempering show that the 4Cr13 large block with 610 mm × 300 mm specification is completely quenched, and the hardness difference between surface and center is only 2 HRC.
