摘要
分析了塑料盖子的结构,提出了模具设计的关键点。采用点浇口进料,使用推件板推出机构对内螺纹进行强制脱模,克服了脱模阻力。对型芯和推件板采用了优化的锥面配合结构,避免型芯的磨损,降低了加工难度。对三板模进行了合理的排位,减小了模具的尺寸。经生产验证,该模具结构合理、紧凑,生产的塑件合格。
The structure of the plastic cover was analyzed, and the key points of the mould design were put forward. A point gate was used for feeding, and the pushing mechanismpushing plate was used to pull the inner thread out compulsively, which overcomes the demoulding resistance. The optimized cone fit structure between the mold core and the push- ing plate avoids the core wear, and reduces the processing difficulty. The reasonable position for the mould decreases the mould size. Proved in practice, the structure of the mould is reasonable and compact, and the production of plastic parts are qualified.
