摘要
分析了数码单反照相机快门的铁芯铁片零件冲裁的工艺性,针对在级进模中完成吸合面精切加工的技术难点,制定、试验了合理的冲压工艺方案。介绍了该模具的设计结构特点,同时在模具原材料的选用、部件加工工艺、模具装配技术等制造技术方面作了探讨。该模具结构合理,冲压生产的零件完全可以满足数码单反相机高速快门吸放功能的要求。
The blanking technique of the armature of digital SLR camera shutter was analyzed, according to the technical difficulties of precision cut in the progressive die, the reasonable stamping process plan was assigned and tested. The structure feature of the die design was introduced in this paper, and many manufacturing technologies, such as the selection of die materials, parts processing technology and the die assembly technology, were discussed. The die has reasonable structure, and the stamping parts can fully satisfy the requirements of suction and discharge function for the digital SLR camera high speed shutter.
