摘要
以某汽车前门防撞梁前支架零件为例,介绍了以CAD/CAE为设计平台的汽车覆盖件模具设计。采用CAE分析软件AutoForm对其进行成形工艺模拟优化,并以优化后的工艺数模为基础,通过NX进行三维拉深模具结构设计,使优化的结果真正体现在模具结构上,从而有效地消除成形缺陷,降低了模具调试次数,缩短了模具周期。
Taking front brackets parts of the front door crash beams for some auto as an example, the die design for the auto body metal sheet parts was introduced by the platform of CAD/CAE. The forming technology was simulated and optimized by the software of CAE analysis AutoForm, and based on the optimized technology model, the 3D structure design of the stretching die was design by NX, and the optimized result can be truly reflected by the die structure, which avoids the forming shortage effectively and reduces the die debug times and shortens the die cycle.
