摘要
研制了一种新型的工业用的Ag/AgCl参比电极。电极利用脲醛树脂这类大孔径物质作为参比液与矿浆的阻隔腔,并在其中添加KBr起到对参比液的保护作用,这样克服了选矿流程中矿浆环境恶劣使得电极寿命不长等问题,并在工业现场的实际应用中验证了其寿命长、电位稳定等特点。另外,为了保证电极在生产加工过程中质量可靠,设计了一套电极加工监测系统,通过对电极电解过程中电压电流的检测,解决了电极加工中氧化物渗入而导致电极寿命短问题,使产品的可靠性大幅提高。
This paper develops a new type of Ag/AgCl reference electrode.The electrode uses large diameter material urea-formaldehyde resin as a block which separates reference solution with slurry,and adds KBr powder to protect reference solution.It solves the problem that the poor mineral processing slurry environment shortens the electrode life,which has been proved by industrial appliation in mining process plant.Besides,in order to ensure the quality of electrode,an electrolysis monitoring apparatus is designed to detect the voltage and current while electrolyzing,which is easily able to pick out bad oxygenized electrodes.The apparatus dramatically enhances the reliability and stability of the electrode.
