摘要
针对耐候钢05CuPCrNi,采用CO2气体保护焊,通过化学成分、焊接裂纹试验、对接接头力学性能试验,对其焊接性能进行检验,碳当量分析表明,该钢淬硬和冷裂倾向不大,可以不预热焊接。冷裂纹敏感系数表明,冷裂倾向不明显,接头金相及力学性能结果表明,按常规焊接工艺,所得焊接接头组织正常和机械性能优良,满足工程使用要求.经综合分析耐候钢05CuPCrNi具有良好的焊接性能.
Through chemical composition analysis, weld cracking test and mechanical performance test of butt joint, the welding properties of weathering steel 05CuPCrNi were inspected by means of COz gas shielded welding. The results of carbon equivalent analysis showed that the tendency of quench hardening and cold cracking was not obvious, so preheating welding was not required. The sensitive coefficient of cold cracking implied that the tendency of cold cracking was not obvious. The metallographic structure of butt joint and mechanical properties showed that the welded joint' s microstrueture was normal and the mechanical performance was excellent, which could meet the engineering requirements by common welding methods. It could be concluded that the weathering steel 05CuPCrNi has good welding performance.
