摘要
针对目前在高校教学过程中普遍存在的学生学习兴趣下降、逃课现象严重、课堂听课不认真以及考试不及格人数增加等现象,首先建立了大学生满意度评价体系,接着采用聚类分析分离出影响大学生满意度的激励因素与保健因素,并在矩阵分析的基础上提出了课程丰富化的激励方式。结论认为,不论是有关学习环境的因素还是有关学习内容的因素,都可能产生激励作用,这取决于环境和大学生心理方面的许多条件。
The author finds an important issue in the teaching process, the interest of college students in learning was decline, an outstanding performance displayed that truancy was serious. The students are not serious to lectures and the increasing numbers of students who failed the exam. The direct consequence of this phenomenon is the students can't fully absorb the knowledge, their capacities decrease, and resulting shrunk of higher education. In this regard, through the establishment of student satisfaction rating system, this paper uses cluster analysis to isolate the incentive-health factors which impact the satisfaction of college students and propose curriculum enrichment based on matrix analysis and test its effects.
