非酒精性脂肪性肝病与肝癌关系研究进展

The progress of relationship between nonalcoholic fatty disease and hepatocellular carcinoma

随着生活水平提高,生活习惯与饮食结构的改变,非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病率在不断增加。非酒精性脂肪性肝病包括一系列的疾病谱:单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎、脂肪性肝纤维化及脂肪性肝硬化。肝细胞癌是脂肪性肝硬化的严重后果。因此,非酒精性脂肪性肝病与肝细胞癌之间存在着重要关系。本文就非酒精性脂肪性肝病与肝细胞癌关系的研究进展总结如下。

With the improvement of the living standard and the change of the diet structure,the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty disease is increasing.The nonalcoholic fatty disease encompasses a clinicopathologic spectrum of disease： ranging from isolated hepatic steatosis to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,fatty liver fibrosis to fatty cirrhosis.The hepatocellular carcinoma is the deadly outcome of the fatty cirrhosis.So,there exists an important relationship between nonalcoholic fatty disease and hepatocellular carcinoma.This review examines the relationship between the nonalcoholic fatty disease and hepatocellular carcinoma.
