对称型混合双公比车床主传动系统设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 为提高机床的设计水平,基于虚拟样机技术对其主传动系统进行设计与仿真至关重要。绘制了对称型混合双公比车床主传动系统图,基于NX自顶向下方法构建总装配主模型,在此基础上建立主传动系统各个主要零、部件的三维模型,对机床主传动系统进行运动学仿真;选择一对啮合的直齿圆柱齿轮,将其导入ADAMS中,建立齿轮啮合的虚拟样机模型,基于多体动力学的接触碰撞算法,实现齿轮啮合的动力学仿真,得到转速、轮齿啮合力等参数特性曲线。分析仿真结果,与理论计算相吻合,验证了模型建立的正确性。 To improve the design level of machine tool,it is very important for design and simulation of main transmission system based on virtual prototype technology.The symmetric lathe main transmission system graph of mixed double ratio was drawed,total assembly model based on top-down method of NX was built,parts and components of main transmission system based on total assembly model was built,kinematics simulation of main transmission system was carried out;a pair of meshing cylindrical spur gear was imported into ADAMS software,the gear meshing virtual prototype model was established based on contact theory of multi-body dynamics,and dynamic simulation of gear meshing was realized,parameter characteristic curves such as speed and gear meshing force were got.Through analysis of simulation results,good coincidence between simulation results and theoretical calculation verifies that the modeling is correct.
