摘要 文章分析了数控编程技术的系统组成,探讨了CAD/CAM及数控加工仿真技术在数控编程中的角色和作用,同时分析了后处理技术的作用及关键问题,并进行了数控编程实例研究,通过CAD技术设计出产品模型,利用工艺知识及CAM功能编制生成刀具轨迹,对刀具轨迹文件进行后处理产生NC程序,并借助数控加工仿真软件系统对NC程序进行仿真、检验及优化,提高了NC程序的安全性和高效性。 In this paper,the system components of the numerical programming technology were analyzed,and the functions of CAD/CAM and NC machining simulation technology in NC programming were discussed.The effects and critical issues of post processing technology were analyzed,and a case study was given.The product was modeled in CAD environment,and the tool paths were calculated based on the process knowledge and CAM functions.At last,NC program was obtained after post processing of the cutter location files,and simulation,verification and optimization of NC program were conducted with the aid of simulation software system of NC machining,which improved the security and high-efficiency of NC program.
