四川省壤塘县大骨节病区儿童硒营养水平研究

The Selenium Nutritional States of the Children in Kaschin-Beck Disease Area in Gangmuda Village,Rangtang County,Sichuan

采样测定了四川省阿坝州壤塘县大骨节病病区小学生和家人头发及其主食青稞的硒含量.壤塘县岗木达小学学生发硒平均为0.238±0.085mg/kg(n=75),处于硒缺乏边缘.女生缺硒严重,发硒(0.198±0.063mg/kg,n=43)明显低于男生(0.293±0.081mg/kg,n=32,P<0.01).岗木达乡妇女发硒(0.176±0.055mg/kg)明显低于其子女(0.277±0.068mg/kg,n=10,P<0.01).岗木达小学生家里青稞硒含量很低(0.0139±0.0049mg/kg,n=30),为典型大骨节病区硒含量特征,是研究区儿童硒营养缺乏的主要原因,急需采取有效措施增加硒的摄入.

The selenium（Se） content in children and their family members＇ hair,and se in thein daily food highland barley from Kaschin-Beck Disease area in Gangmuda,Rangtang County in Sichuan Province of China were analyzed.The average Se content in children＇s hair showed a marginal Se deficiency（0.238±0.085 mg/kg,n=75）.The Se content in girls＇ hair（0.198±0.063 mg/kg,n=43） was significantly lower than that in boys＇（0.293±0.081 mg/kg,n=32,P0.01） and was absolutely in Se deficiency state.It was also found that the Se in women＇s hair（0.176±0.055 mg/kg） was lower than that of their children＇s（0.277±0.068 mg/kg,n=10,P0.01）.The low Se content in the stable food highland barley（0.0139±0.0049 mg/kg,n=30） is the cause of the Se deficiency in the area.Effective measures to increase Se intake in the area are urgently needed.
