摘要
采用纳米TiO2对铁硅铝粉体包覆制备复合磁粉芯,研究了制备的复合磁粉芯的性能。结果表明:纳米TiO2在铁硅铝颗粒表面包覆形成一层绝缘膜,降低复合磁粉芯的磁导率,提高磁粉芯的品质因数,改善直流叠加特性,降低功率损耗;成形压力(<2 200MPa)增大,磁导率增加,功耗降低,继续增大时,功耗增加,磁导率基本不变;提高热处理温度,磁粉芯的磁导率增加而功耗降低,当温度超过690℃时,磁粉芯性能恶化。
The effect of titania nanopowder on the magnetic properties of sendust was investigated by SEM and HP 4284A LCR and CH -258 analyzer. The results show that some oxidation appears on the surface of sendust powder coated with titania nanopowder. With increasing content of titania nanopowder, the permeability and loss deeease, while quality factors and DC additivity improve. Permeability increase and the loss decrease with the pressure increasing to 2 200MPa, but the magnetic properties become bad when the pressure is above 2 200MPa. The magnetic properties increase with heat treatment temperature ( less than 690℃) increasing.
