摘要
浙江电网在2010年夏季连续发生5起220 kV同塔双回线路雷击同跳事件,对电网运行影响较大。通过对巡线结果、雷电定位系统、耐雷水平计算及线路保护策略等因素的综合分析,找出5起雷击同跳事件的原因,并针对在运线路和新建线路提出了预防雷击同跳发生的相应建议。
Five lightning tripping accidents of 220 kV double-circuit transmission lines on the same tower continuously occurred in Zhejiang grid in summer 2010, which had great impact on grid operation. Through the comprehensive analysis on line inspection result, lightning positioning system, lightning withstanding level, line protection strategy and other factors, the reasons for the accidents are identified and the suggestions on preventing lightning tripping for in-service lines and newly-built lines are proposed.
