This paper introduces the technical situation of wet Flue Gas Desulfurization （FGD） system for 600 MW units in Guohua Ninghai Power Plant A. Through the analysis on the formation mechanism of various scales in the system to deal with the problem of internal scaling, it elaborates the main methods of prevention and treatment to ensure stable operation of the system.
