摘要 目的确定功率自行车训练的最适踩踏频率。方法测量19名平均年龄为22.8岁健康男性在运动负荷为40 W、60W、80 W、100 W和120 W时,分别在20 r/min、40 r/min、60 r/min、80 r/min和100 r/min踩踏频率下接受反应时间测试,并进行多项式回归分析。结果不同运动负荷下反应时间最短的频率依次为:40 W:63.5 r/min;60 W:58.8 r/min;80 W:61.3 r/min;100 W:63.4 r/min;120 W:64.8 r/min。结论无论运动负荷的数值为多少,最适宜的功率自行车踩踏频率约为60 r/min。 Objective To explore the optimal pedaling rate in bicycle ergometer exercise.Methods 19 healthy men mean aged 22.8 years were instructed to pedal a bicycle ergometer,and their reaction time were measured in pedaling rate of 20 r/min,40 r/min,60 r/min,80 r/min,and 100 r/min under the workload of 40 W,60 W,80 W,100 W,and 120 W,respectively.The minimum reaction time was probed with polynomial regression analysis.Results The minimum probe reaction time was reckoned at 63.5 r/min at 40 W,58.8 r/min at 60 W,61.3 r/min at 80 W,63.4 r/min at 100 W,64.8 r/min at 120 W.Conclusion The optimal pedaling rate was approximately 60 r/min regardless of workload.
