电针结合现代康复技术对脑梗死听觉事件相关电位P300的影响

Effects of Electroacupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation on P300 Auditory Event-related Potentials in Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的观察电针结合现代康复技术对脑梗死患者听觉事件相关电位P300的影响。方法将105例脑梗死患者分为3组,综合康复组(n=35)行常规康复治疗加电针疗法,普通康复组(n=35)行单纯康复治疗,对照组(n=35)无任何康复治疗。每天1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗前和3个疗程后进行P300检查。结果治疗后综合康复组P300潜伏期低于普通康复组,波幅高于普通康复组(P<0.05)。结论电针结合现代康复技术能够有效改善脑梗死患者的认知功能。

Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation on P300 auditory event-related potentials in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 105 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 3 groups with 35 cases in each group.The comprehensive rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation and electroacupuncture,the general rehabilitation group only received routine rehabilitation,and the control group received no intervention.They were treated once a day,10 times as a course.P300 was detected before and 3 courses after treatment.Results The latency was shorter and the amplitude was higher in the comprehensive group than in the general group（P0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technology can improve cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction.
