培育与提升图书馆核心竞争力,塑造图书馆的内在品质是实现图书馆为公民终身学习提供保障,促进学习型社会建设的重要举措。为此,应构建以提升图书馆核心竞争力为价值追求的多元化的图书馆评估标准,形成合理的促进不同层次不同类型图书馆协调发展的资源配置机制,建设高适应性的团队和图书馆文化等。

To cultivate and promote library’s core competitiveness and shape its interior quality is an important measure to provide security for citizens’ lifelong learning and improve the construction of a learning society.Therefore,the diverse library evaluation criteria whose value pursuit is to promote library’s core competitiveness should be constructed,reasonable resource allocation mechanism,which promotes coordinated development of libraries of different levels and types should be formed,and highly adaptable team and library culture should be developed.
