Research on China Forest Police's Training

在全面分析中国森林警官教育培训现状的基础上,指出面临的教育培训形态具有强烈的学校化色彩、课程内容对岗位实务的支持强度不足、基于符号讲授的普通式教学比重偏高、"三教"的专业化程度较低等问题,提出重组细分教学科研队伍、加强办案能力培养改革、建立教育培训淘汰制度和开发教育培训后续价值等对策建议。

The comprehensive analysis of current forest police＇s education training shows that, the training form has become too schoolization, the course content lacks of professional guidance, and the traditional teaching mode is weak in specialization. Based on this, the article puts forward some proposals as restructuring and subdividing research team, strengthening the ability to handle cases, establishing education training knocking-out system, developing education training＇s subsequent value, and so on.
