摘要
目的 :探明颈椎动力平衡失调对颈椎退变的影响。方法 :选择 2 0只SD大鼠 ,随机分为 3组实验模型组与 1组对照组。通过手术切除大鼠颈背部伸肌群浅层、深层与全层 ,建立了颈椎不同程度动力平衡失调实验模型 ,6月后在钼靶X线机下拍摄颈椎正侧位片 ,并对X线片进行评分 ,各组评分结果相互比较分析。结果 :颈椎动力平衡失调可加速、加重颈椎X线的退变表现。结论 :颈椎动力平衡失调因素在颈椎退变与颈椎病发病中意义重大。
Objectives:The objective of this study was to determine experimental dynamic nonequilibrium of the influence on degeneration of cervical vertebrae.Methods:Twenty Sprague Dawley(SD) rates weie divided into three experimental model groups and one control group randomly.The experimental model of cervical dynamic nonequilibrium in various degrees was established by means of resection of cervical shallow layer,deep layer or whole layer back muscles.After six months,cervical vertebrae of anteroposterior and lateral radiographs were taken,the views of films were scored and compared with each other.Results:Experimental dynamic nonequilibrium of cervical vertebrae accelerated radiographic degeneration findings.Conclusions:Cervical dynamic nonequilibrium has a great significance in courses of degeneration of cervical vertebrae and pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis.
