摘要
目的 :研究非手术治疗颈椎间盘突出症合并腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 :统计从 1990 2至 1998 2 ,住院患者中颈椎间盘突出症合并腰椎间盘突出症 5 5例 ,同期颈椎间盘突出症 35 7例 ,腰椎间盘突出症 5 89例 ,分别占 15 41%和 9 34 % ,优良率为 80 %。而且作者描述了该疾病的症状、体征、非手术治疗的方法 ,同时介绍了牵引、推拿的注意事项。结论 :非手术治疗 (包括干扰素治疗 )颈椎间盘突出症合并腰椎间盘突出症是有效的、基本的。
Objectives:To determine the efficacy of non operation on cervical disc herniation accompanied lumbar disc herniations.Methods:From 1990.2～1998.2,there were cure 55 patients with cervical disc herniation accompanied lumbar disc herniations treated by nonoperative method.Account for 9.34%of all 589 lumbar disc herniation patients,15.4% of all 357 cervical disc herniation patients at the same period,and acquired satisfied clinic effect.Results:Excellent and fine rate is 80%,moreover,in this article,the author described the symptoms,signs,the means and manipulation related to this syndrons.Conclusions:Non operative treatment (in cluding human leucocyte interference injection) on cervical disc herniations acompanied lumbar disc herniations is very important and essential
