摘要
目的 :探讨骶管用药的 pH值对腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果的影响。 方法 :通过 pHS - 2 5型pH计测定临床常见骶管用药和碱化药的 pH值并通过临床验证 ,了解各种类型药物pH值对治疗有效率的影响。结论 :骶管用药的pH值接近正常 pH时其治疗有效率较优 ,而低于正常 pH时则较差。
Objectives:To research relation of pH values and treating effects of ordinary sacral canal medicine upon protrusion of intervertebral disc.Methods:To determinate pH value of the drugs,compare with clinical effect of the drugs and alkalized drugs.Conclusions:The medicines were the best which pH Value near physiological value,the drugs with lower pH value were less effective.
