摘要 目的:观察雪旺细胞和纤连蛋白对大鼠损伤的脊髓功能的影响。方法:将体外培养的雪旺细胞结合纤连蛋白植入大鼠半切损伤的脊髓内,用脊髓诱发电位及图像分析方法比较治疗组和对照组诱发电位潜伏期,再生轴突计数及二者间的关系。结果:雪旺细胞结合纤连蛋白治疗组脊髓诱发电位潜伏期显著缩短,再生轴突明显增多,二者呈负相关。结论:雪旺细胞结合纤连蛋白移植具有促进脊髓损伤后轴突再生的作用,并能部分恢复脊髓的传入功能。 To investigate whether Schwann Cells (SCs) and fibronectin (FN) could promote the function recovery of scathing spinal cords in adult rats. Methods:After cultured SCs combined with FN were grafted into hemi-resected lumbar spinal cords of adult rats, we used surface recording of spinal cord evoked potential (SCEP) and image analysis system to compare the latent period of SCEP and count the axon number between the therapeutic group and the control group. Results:In the group treated with SCs and FN, the latency of P1 wave was significantly shorten and the number of regrowed axons significant increased, with a significant negative correlation. Conclusions:Schwann cells together with fibronectin grafted to hemi-resected lumbar spinal cords in adult rats can promote partial conductive function repair of scathing spinal cords.
