"袍哥文化"是我国长江中上游地区特有的社会文化,其初期组织形式以反清复明的民间组织为主,但由于人们对其文化内涵认识产生偏差以及对利益的盲目追求,导致"袍哥文化"下形成危害社会的黑社会组织。本文从文化视角分析"袍哥文化"对黑社会组织形成的作用,并建立成本-效益经济模型,探讨其社会控制方式。

＂Paoge Culture＂ is the peculiar culture in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. It is derived from civil organization in the ＂Overturn Qing Dynasty and Reinstate Ming Dynasty＂ campaign. But someone＇s false cognition of its cultural connotation and Blind Pursue for interest leads to the formation of pestilent gangdom organization. From the perspective of culture, the paper analyzes the effect ＂Paoge Culture＂ has on the formation of gangdom and builds the c0st-benefit analysis model to discuss its social control methods.
