辊压机终粉磨用于生料制备,不但节电效果显著,而且操作和维护都较容易,备品备件费用也低得多。辊压机生料终粉磨系统并不怕雨水多、也不怕含土多,怕的是两者都多,导致辊压机粘堵。在选择辊压机生料终粉磨系统时,一定要慎重考虑辊压机的粘堵问题,适当加大防雨库存、加强系统保温措施、加强系统的烘干能力,甚至在破碎系统引入烘干功能,以确保在节电的同时能正常生产。对于雨水多而且原料含土多的生产条件,在没有足够的防湿、防堵措施前,最好不要采用辊压机用于生料粉磨系统。
Being a kind of finish grinder used for raw meal preparation, roller press offers a number of advantages in remarkable power energy saving, easier for operation and maintenance, and cheaper for spare parts cost. Raw meal roller press systems do not care singly more water or clay content, but they care both plenty water and clay content in the same time, which will result in clogging to the machine. For this reason, in choosing roller press system for raw materials grinding, more attention should be paid to water-proof storage facilities, effective measures for temperature-keeping and drying capability for the system, or even to add drying function in crushing system for ensuring both energy-saving and normal operation. For those operation conditions of abundant rain water and clay content, it is better to avoid using roller press raw meal grinding system, unless sufficient water-proof and anti- clogging facilities are ready.
