辊压机生料终粉磨运用之调研分析

辊压机终粉磨用于生料制备,不但节电效果显著,而且操作和维护都较容易,备品备件费用也低得多。辊压机生料终粉磨系统并不怕雨水多、也不怕含土多,怕的是两者都多,导致辊压机粘堵。在选择辊压机生料终粉磨系统时,一定要慎重考虑辊压机的粘堵问题,适当加大防雨库存、加强系统保温措施、加强系统的烘干能力,甚至在破碎系统引入烘干功能,以确保在节电的同时能正常生产。对于雨水多而且原料含土多的生产条件,在没有足够的防湿、防堵措施前,最好不要采用辊压机用于生料粉磨系统。

For those operation conditions of abundant rain water and clay content, it is better to avoid using roller press raw meal grinding system, unless sufficient water-proof and anti- clogging facilities are ready.
