摘要
利用法拉第偏光显微镜观测了磁畴,通过显微照相技术拍摄了硬磁畴随温度变化的典型照片,这些照片揭示了硬磁畴的物理性质与温度之间的关系:VBL间的最小平衡间距随温度的升高逐步增大;较硬的普通硬磁泡(OHB)可以随着温度的升高转变为较软的第1类哑铃畴(ID),而较软的第1类哑铃畴(ID)又可以随着温度的升高转变为较软的第2类哑铃畴(IID);为3类硬磁畴畴壁结构的一致性提供了直接证据.此外,VBL的这些温度特性反映出BLM方案的不足.
The hard domains in the garnet bubble films was investigated experimentally using Faraday polarized light microscope.A series of domains was photographed at different temperature by photomicrograph.It is found that the length of the domains increase with temperature,and it is concluded that the equilibrium separation about two neighbouring verctical bloch line increases with increasing temperature.The results can be understood that the ultra-high-density Bloch line memory scheme(BLM) has a disadvantage.
