摘要
电声测量系统的品质管理是指在电声测量系统中,检测出所测物理量是否在规定范围值内。主要针对电声测量系统中常用的单点限度、绝对限度、限度容限偏移、测量数据偏移、限度容限对齐、测量数据对齐等6种品质管理方法进行了分析与研究。其中限度上下限和测量数据之间的数据管理主要运用了插值算法进行处理。针对不同的测量物理量可以选用不同的品质管理方法,可以使电声测量系统快速、准确地完成电声装置的品质管理。
The quality management of electro - acoustic measurement system is to detect whether the measured physical quantities within the specified range of values. Six kinds of quality management methods in electronic measurement system are analyzed and studied, such as individual points, absolute limits, floating limits, floating data, aligned limits, aligned data. The interpolation algorithm are used for processing in management of upper limit, lower limit data and the measurement data. In view of the different measuring physical quantities, different quality management methods can be chosen, so that electro - a- coustic measurement system can make rapid and accurate completion of electro - acoustic device quality management.
