国家中医临床研究基地地下室底板和墙板采用了混凝土结构自防水、防水砂浆和聚合物水泥防水涂料相结合的防水设防方案。本文对本工程采用聚合物水泥防水涂料一布四涂施工工艺以及施工缝、后浇带、桩头、穿墙螺杆、穿墙管等节点部位的防水加强处理作了详细介绍。
