论述了慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的病机为本虚标实之患。正气虚弱是内因,外邪扰肺是外因,痰瘀伏肺是发病的夙根。扶正祛邪是基本治法,扶正重在健脾益肺,补肺纳肾;祛邪则以化痰祛瘀为关键。

It is discussed that pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is denclency m ongm and in superfuciality,deficiency of vital Qi is internal cause and exopathogen invading lung is external cause,phlegm and blood stasis in the lung is the key. Supporting vital Qi to eliminate pathogenic factors is basic method of treatment. The key of deficiency in origin is strengthening the body resistance ,and treatment is giving consideration to both the incidental and fundamental,strengthening the spleen and tonifying the lung. And pathogenic factors,resolving phlegm and remove stasis and is the key to remove pathogens.
