摘要
本文以英语学习者对一封电子邮件的不同理解为数据,探讨语法、语义和语境信息对语篇理解的影响。研究结果表明,语法、语义和语境因素均在语篇理解过程中发挥着重要的作用。这些因素对被试者正确理解语篇发挥了积极作用,但同时也是造成被试者错误理解语篇的主要原因。
This paper reports a study that investigates how discourse comprehension is influenced by grammatical,semantic and contextual information.The study is based on English learners' self-reported data about their comprehension of a problematic discourse.The results show that grammatical,semantic and contextual factors all contribute to the readers'(mis)comprehension of discourse.
