摘要
本文提出"提问的互动性"概念,在系统功能语言学的框架内对其加以界定,并通过分析外语教师课堂提问的互动性而对其加以描述,旨在认识提问的互动性及其语言特征,同时尝试一种分析和描述教师提问的方法,以弥补教师提问研究中不重视描述之不足。经分析发现,提问的互动性体现为教师从语气、主语人称和人际指示三个人际系统中做出的具体选择。论文从语法、语义和语境多层面对这些人际选择做出分析与描述,并在此基础之上建立了教师提问的互动性模型,为分析和描述教师提问提供了一个工具。
This paper holds that questions vary in terms of interactiveness according to the interpersonal choices actually made by questioners.Having defined questions' interactiveness within the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics,the paper presents an analysis of the interactiveness of EFL teachers' questions,which is shown to involve choices from three interpersonal systems,i.e.Mood,Subject Person,and Interpersonal Deicticity.It also gives a detailed description of the interactive features of EFL teachers' questions multistratally(at grammatical,semantic and contextual strata).Then based on the description,a model of questions' interactiveness is set up as an attempt to offer a tool for describing questions accurately,since tools of this kind are necessary but lacking in the studies of teachers' questions.
