摘要 选用催化剂H2SO4、对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)和NaHSO4进行柠檬酸三丁酯合成的催化工艺研究,并用活性炭对催化剂进行固载,研究固载后对均相和非均相体系的影响,固载催化剂集酸的高效和活性炭的脱色于一身。综合成品酸值、色度和纯度等指标,优选出C-H2SO4,高效且环保。研究该催化剂合成乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的一体化工艺,实现了无需精制柠檬酸三丁酯,直接从柠檬酸出发制备乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯,简化了生产工艺和成本且环保。 Using H2SO4,p-toluene sulphonic acid and NariS04 as the catalysts,the catalytic synthesis processes of tributyl citrate were investigated. Then three compounds were loaded on the active carbon and the influence on homogeneous and heterogeneous system was studied. The results showed that the active carbon-supported catalysts exhibited good catalytic activity,and C-H2SO4 was determined as the most suitable catalyst for the synthesis of tributyl citrate by optimization experiments. In further investigation, C-H2SO4 was applied to the catalytic synthesis of acetyl tri-n-butyl citrate from citric acid via an integration process. The results indicated that the integration synthesis process of acetyl tri-n-buty citrate possessed the advantages of similar quality of product ,simplified production process ,low cost and environmental benign.
