摘要
微波条件下,磷叶立德与硝基烯烃发生Michael加成反应,然后中间体与甲醛发生Wittig反应,得到γ-氨基酸前驱体。经过条件筛选,反应收率可达78.1%。微波条件下的反应时间明显少于常规反应时间,且收率更高。
The microwave-assisted Michael addition fins and then the Wittig reaction of the intermediate reaction of stabilized phosphorus ylides and nitroole- and formaldehyde were studied. The product yield of 78.1% was attained under the optimized condition. Compared with ordinary reaction, the reaction time under the condition of microwave assistance was obviously shortened and the product yield was higher.
