摘要
煤矸石喷射水泥可加速公路施工速度,减少路基收缩。对煤矸石喷射水泥路基材料分别进行了强度试验和收缩性能试验研究。结果发现煤矸石喷射水泥路基材料与普通水泥路基材料相比,其早期抗压强度显著提高,干燥收缩和温度收缩均显著减小。针对煤矸石喷射水泥路基材料所表现出来的这些特性,还对其产生的机理进行了探索与分析。
The gangue jet cement can accelerate the speed of construction and reduce the shrinkage of road base. Gangue jet cement base course material was studied by systemic experiments in this paper include the strength and shrinkage property. The results show that the early compressive strength of gangue jet cement increased remarkably, the humidity shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of gangue jet cement all decreased remarkably comparing with ordinary cement. Aiming at these properties of gangue jet cement road base course material,the mechanism was also exploded and analyzed in this paper.
