摘要
本文主要就省级数字电视监测监管系统的构建(技术应用、系统架构、前端组构、综合管理平台构建)、系统建设要求、接口规范应用等进行研究,笔者通过对数字电视监测监管系统的构建实践,提出几点体会。
With advance of radio and television digitization process,business mode,transmission contents,channel access and source technology have had substantialchanges.With demands of digitization,transmission,multi-content and safety broadcasting,this paper discusses construction of provincial DTV monitoring system.
