摘要
采用亚甲蓝分光光度法利用便携式光谱仪测定味精中硫化钠,确定最大吸收波长、显色时间、最佳显色剂用量、检测流程和工作曲线;并对味精的前处理过程进行研究,确定最佳条件;确立最小检出限,精密度实验和加标回收实验验证其准确度。
Sodium sulfide nonahydrate in monosodium glutamate was determined by portable spectrometer by methylene blue spectrophotometry.The research determined the maximum absorption wavelength,coloration time,the optimum volume of chromogenic reagent,detection process and calibration curve.Pretreatment of monosodium glutamate was also studied and the optimum condition and the minimum detection limit were determined.The accuracy was verified by precision experiment and standard recovery experiment.
