流动注射法与分光光度法对环境水体中挥发酚测定的比较研究

The comparative study of volatile phenol in water by SFA and spectrophotometry

通过实验,分别采用间隔流动分析法和4-氨基安替比林分光光度法对水中挥发酚进行测定,并对2种方法的测定原理、分析过程及其样品的精密度、准确度和回收率进行实验研究。结果表明2种分析方法对标准样测定和实际水样分析均满足水质监测的技术要求。

The determination of volatile phenol in water was performed by SFA and 4-AAP spectrophotometric method in the experiment.Comparison research was done on principle of the two methods,analysis process,recovery,precision and accuracy.The results show that two kinds of analysis methods were meet requirement of water quality monitoring in the determination of standard samples and practical samples.
