白癜风及其他色素减退性皮肤病的RCM图像特点 被引量:11

摘要 反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(Reflectance Confocal M-icroscopy ,RCM)是近年来发展起来的可在细胞水平上对皮肤无创、实时、动态成像的装置,在皮肤科应用广泛,其中色素减退性疾病是其一大类适应症.黑素在RCM 成像中折光率最高,1 因而黑素含量较高的基底层在RCM 图像中呈明亮的结构,通过比较皮损与周围正常组织黑素的含量,可以实现白癜风及其它色素减退性皮肤病的鉴别诊断,本文就白癜风及其他色素减退性皮肤病的RCM 图像特点进行总结.
