通过对中国大型国有建筑业企业"大而不强、产高利低"、"科技投入少、缺乏核心竞争能力"等现实状况的分析,提出了大型国有建筑业企业要实现转变经济发展方式及企业可持续发展所应进行的结构调整与转型的思考与建议。

This paper put forwards the thought and suggestions on structural adjustment and transformation of the way of economic development of large state owned construction enterprises to achieve to realize sustainable ＂development in light of the analysis of the status quo of ＂large but not strong, high output but low profit＂ and ＂few technological input and lack of core competitiveness＂ concerning chinese large state owned construction enterprises.
