摘要
900 t预应力混凝土简支箱梁,因其体积大、质量大,使得提、运、架梁施工难度较大,风险较高。结合兰新铁路第二双线甘青段900 t箱梁的成功架设实例,介绍了混凝土简支箱梁在架设过程中采用"四点受力三点平衡"、"对位、落梁"、"平面、高程控制",以及"支座灌浆"等关键工序安全质量控制措施,并列举了施工中常见的质量问题及解决办法。
Simply supported 900 tons prestressed concrete box girder is characterized by greater difficulty and higher risks in lifting, transportation and erection with their large size and quality. Based on the successful erection of 900 tons box girder on second double line at Gansu-Qinghai section as examples, The article introduces the key measures for safety quality control such as "Four points for stress, three points for balance", "position adjusting, beam positioning", "plane, elevation control" as well as the support grouting" for key links, together with the common problems and their solutions often encountered during construction.
