小鼠白细胞粘附抑制试验测定抗乙肝转移因子特异免疫活性

Determination of the Specific Immunological Activity of Anti-HBV TF f or Injection by Mouse Leucocyte Adhesion Inhibition Test

目的 :研究抗乙肝转移因子特异免疫活性测定方法。方法 :采用小鼠脾淋巴细胞经抗乙肝转移因子体外致敏 ,再与HBsAg接触而产生白细胞粘附抑制反应。结果 :抗乙肝转移因子与普通转移因子相比 ,使未粘附白细胞显著增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,未粘附抑制指数达 82 %。结论 :此法可作为一种检测抗乙肝转移因子特异免疫活性的实用方法。

Purpose:To study the method of determination of the sp eci fic immunological activity in anti-HBV TF injection.Methods:Leucocy te adhesion inhibition test was used.The mouse spleen lymphocyte was sensilized by anti-HBV TF -in vitro-,and then HBsAg was added to evoke leucocyte adhesio n reactio n.Results:The ratio of non-adhesion leucocyte increased significant ly when compared with the normal TF group-(P-<0.01),and the non-adhesion inh ibition index(NAI) achieved 82%.Concluslion:The method can be used a s a practical method to determine the specific immunological activity in anti-H BV TF injection.
