单级低温系统性能实验研究

Experimental Study on the Performance of Single-stage Vapor Compression Refrigeration System

对制冷工质进行了比较分析。选择了制冷工质,在此基础上构建了低温保存箱制冷实验系统,并对该制冷系统的工作特性和保存箱的温度特性进行了测试。实验结果表明,利用R404A作为制冷循环工质,系统启动后1.7 h,保存箱内的环境温度下降到-43℃,达到了设计要求,系统工作稳定、可靠。

A set of refrigeration unit for storage tank was designed and tested,based on the comparing and analysis of refrigerants.The results show that the temperature of the storage tank can reach-42 ℃ in 1.7 hours.It meets the temperature requirements of storage tank.The refrigeration system works stable and reliable.
