摘要
目的对海南省2010年网络报告的疟疾病例进行横向监测。方法采用镜检和PCR相结合的方法2010年海南省网报疟疾病例进行确认和复核。结果全省共有13个市县报告疟疾病例,累计报告疟疾疾病78例,其中实验室诊断病例31例,临床诊断病例(未分型)47例,省CDC共收集实验室诊断病例样本18例,临床诊断样本20例,全省实验诊断病例样本平均采集完成率是58%,临床病例样本平均采集完成率42.5%,两种采集完成率之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.61,P>0.05)。所有检测结果均与镜检结果进行比对。结果一致率达到99%,1例错检。结论加强对网络报告病例疟疾病例样本收集并进行基因检测和基因分型可以有效准确发现传染源,对实现消除疟疾具有参考价值。
Objective To study the cross-sectional monitoring result of malaria cases online reported and verified in the laboratory in Hainan province in 2010.Methods Malaria cases reported from the China information system for disease control and prevention were confirmed by microscopy o blood slides assited with polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results Totally 78 malaria cases including laboratory and clinical diagnosed cases were reported from 13 counties in Hainan.18 of 31 laboratory diagnosed cases(58%)and 20 of 47 clinically diagnosed cases(42.5%)were collected and verified by Hainan provincial CDC,showing no statistically significant difference(χ2= 0.61,P 0.05)between them.The results of re-examintion of microscopy were compared with that of PCR with an coincidence rate of 99% and only one case failed in the re-examination.Conclusion To strengthen sample collection through the network and perform genetic detection and genotyping can effectively and accurately detect infectious foci and that possess reference value in elimination of malaria in this province.
