芜湖市1993～1998年性病监测资料分析

Analysis of STD surveillant data in Wuhu, 1993～1998

目的 了解芜湖市 1993～ 1998年性病发病情况。方法 采用回顾性调查方法对性病监测资料进行分析。结果 共报告性病 8种 ,96 99例 ,年均发病率为 2 6 6 .78/10万。发病率呈逐年上升趋势 ,以淋病为主 ,占 71.6 5 % ,但其构成比逐年下降 ,非淋菌性尿道炎发病快速增加 ,逐渐成为最主要的性病 ,梅毒、尖锐湿疣也在上升 ,软下疳、性病性淋巴肉芽肿、生殖器疱疹等少见性病也有发生 ,尤其是艾滋病病毒感染者已经出现。结论 加大性病防治工作力度十分紧迫。

Objective To understand status of STD incidence in Wuhu in 1993～1998. Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze surveillant data of STD. Results We found out 8 kinds of STD (9699 cases) which must be reported across the nation. Median incidence rate was 266 78/100 000 every year and rose year by year. The type of STD was mainly gonorrhea (71 65%), but its constituent rate decreased gradually. The incidence of NGU (nongonococcal urethritis) increased fast and gradually became dominant position. The incidence of syphilis and pointed condyloma also increased. A few of rare STD, such as chancroid, LGV (lymphogranuloma venerenm), genital herps came on, especially the infection of HIV. Conclusions It is urgent to strengthen prevention and treatment of STD.
