Effect of controlling nematodiasis with mebendazole-medicated candy for three years

目的 了解全民普服甲苯哒唑糖片控制肠道线虫感染的疗效。方法 全民普服甲苯哒唑糖片 ,辅以健康教育。结果 试区人群蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫和蛲虫感染率和感染度显著下降。经 3年化疗 ,感染率分别从防治前的 5 0 .47%、2 6 .38%、6 .83%和 2 4.6 7%下降至 13.85 %、3.87%、2 .0 4%和 6 .43%。结论 甲苯哒唑糖片驱虫效果可靠、群众性普服控制农村肠道线虫感染方法可行。

Objective To survey treating effect of controlling nematodiasis with mebendazole edicated candy. Methods All people in this area were treated with mebendazole medicated candy and received health education. Results The infection rate and intensity of ascariosis, ancylostomiasis, trichuriasis and enterobiasis decreased remarkably. Conclusions The mebendazole medicated candy is effective to control nematodiasis.
